By downloading, accessing, or using the Sankalpy app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Sankalpy.

Sankalpy is an iOS application that helps you create time-boxed commitments ("Sankalps") and build habits, with optional features such as scheduled alarms, focus sessions, and app/website blocking via Apple's Screen Time. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Sankalpy uses anonymous sign-in; you are responsible for the content you create in the app. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync it so the app works for you.

• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service.
• Don't reverse-engineer or resell the app.
• Don't use Sankalpy for any unlawful purpose.

Your download and use of the app are also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Where those terms conflict with these, Apple's terms govern your use of the App Store itself.

Sankalpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is a productivity tool, not medical, financial, or professional advice. Alarm and blocking features depend on iOS and your device settings and may not function in every situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sankalpy and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
