By creating an account or using Sankalpy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Sankalpy is a habit-building and discipline coaching application that uses AI technology to help users set goals, create plans, and track progress. The service includes AI-generated plans, progress tracking, and a phase-based discipline system.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sankalpy.
Free Plan: Provides access to core features including 2 active Sankalps and 10 AI chats per day at no cost.
Premium Plan: Provides unlimited features for a monthly or annual subscription fee. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store.
Sarathi provides AI-generated plans and coaching suggestions. These are for informational and motivational purposes only. Sankalpy is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, fitness, or nutritional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.
You agree not to:
Sankalpy, including its design, branding, Sankalp system, phase names (Pariksha, Sadhana, Siddhi), Tapas levels (Mrudu, Madhya, Ugra), Sankalp Shakti scoring system, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of Sankalpy. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your use of Sankalpy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Sankalpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be suitable for your specific circumstances.
We are not responsible for any physical, mental, or other outcomes resulting from following AI-generated plans. Users assume full responsibility for their actions based on app suggestions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sankalpy's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.
